In addition to hunting and fishing, there are many opportunities for alternate activities.  Guided ranch and heritage tours, horseshoes, volleyball, croquet, stargazing, paddle boating, hiking, picnics, and hayrides are only the beginning.  Specific programs may be tailored to your group upon request.

Richards Ranch is also in close proximity to Fort Richardson State Park, Possum Kingdom Lake, and the Jack County Museum, located in the home of the late Tom Marks, founder of 4H. 

If you find pleasure in golf, excellent rates are available at the Jacksboro Country Club, where you'll consistently find some of the best bent grass greens in Texas.
